Everyone has a different routine after waking up in morning. And that's where how our day is going to unfold gets decided. Morning regime isn't a schedule or time table, it's simply a rhythm to which your own self is addicted to for flowing in.

Some mornings when I slept deprived of happiness, the first thing I did waking up was to remind my gut, that this world owes you big, for being alive. Your presence matters, to the Cosmos. My ruminations then begin to fade. 

There were also days when I was straddling over procrastination & hard work. My asceticism subconsciously ordered me to do what's soulful for the heart and mind. And so some mornings I just play my favourite songs, and practice "Dalcé Far Niente" which stands for- the sweetness of doing nothing.

Sometimes it depends on how peaceful sleep you had the previous night. Humans are generally able to held up their sleeping time unlike animals, i.e. they an stay awake as long as they want. So when your natural clock trigger the alarm, and the haziness shadow over your head. Leave it all and head back to sleep.

Eating is considered to be a massive task, as breakfast is recommended to be the heaviest meal of the day. To set your day in an energetic mood, it is advisable to eat healthy food, such as oats-meal, eggs, milk, flakes. A little nap after eating this heavy a breakfast can make the digestion of the food pace up and provide you with the energy required for the tasks of your day.

One should also consider being in contact with their loved ones first thing in the morning. Be it your mom, girlfriend, father or even your best friend. A brisk talk just do fine to the emotional level and sets endorphins shooting for a marathon.

In conclusion, mornings decide not entirely but to some extent that how one's day is going to roll down the clock. Don't panic if something bad occured during morning, don't take it as an ordeal for your whole day is going to be messy or such things. Relax, take deep breaths, and rejuvenate the whole aura of your morning once again.
