Gymming may be your first priority when it comes to health and fitness. After a certain age, may be 18 or something you can start hitting gym. It basically stretches your muscles, makes them bigger, and attractive. For the over growing urban life, and not much space for other physical activities, a room full of dumbbells and machines can do wonders. And it sure as hell doesn't cost that much, even half of the monthly expenses you spend over eating junks. 
Having a motivation and a goal in your head about the person you want to fathom yourself into, is good but there are certain things you should know beforehand. Many beginners do stuff not wrong though not right also. There are precise patterns and postures through which you've to teach yourself to workout with. Otherwise you are open to injuries. And it's pretty obvious you didn't went there for that.

Here are the top 10 things you should not do while in gym :-

1)Don't exercise in heavily rushed areas of your gym.

In every gym there are entrances, walkways, sideways etc where your gym-mates continuously rush mostly. So if you do excercise over there you may get hurt either yourself or someone else, or it is most probable that you would get disturbed while exercising. 
So find an appropriate place in gym which is free from peoples walkways.

2)Don't use mat or bench without cleaning it. Even if it's your.

While exercising, it quite normal to have sweating. So this sweat produces a lot of bacterias, viruses, and other many types. these micro oraganism can cause several infection. if unfortunately you have a cut or wound on your body, you are more likely to get an infection.
So clean the bench if it's wet and shake your mat before using it. Or ask your gym trainer to provide an disinfactant to clean those all.

3) Don't give someone unsought advices.

We see and even face many peoples who give unsolicited advices to others just for nothing. Most of them totally meaningless. You should also avoid these type of things even if you think yourself as perfect gym freak. Because two thing can happen there.
First is that they will think your advice as a critisim and second thing is your could be even wrong.
So give your advice only when someone is doing his exercise as totally disaster or harming himself or other. And it would be better to become friends first before you advice.

4)Don't use your phone while walking in gym.

There are many people who have their heavy exercises going on. They may have a heavy dumbbell in their hand or any sort of complex or casual heavy gym equipments which are very dangerous to even life also. Consider you are texting and falls into someone who is exercising, by this act you may both get injured.
So if it important stay at a place and finish texting. Or try to avoid using phones at gym because this also distracts you.

5)Don't Steal trainer's exercise.

There are some exercises which may draw you attention or attracts you while the trainer teaches someone else. Don't try copy or mimic those acts secretly.You may hurt yourself from These kinda things.
If are very eager to do that exercise, ask your trainer-odds are that he will teach you or recommend you gladly that one.

6)Don't grab someone else's equipment without asking.

Mostly gyms are very much crowded during peak hours, sometime it happens that the exercise you wanna do with that particular equipment is used by someone else or some is standing just very close any equipment which could be either any dumbbell, bench, machine etc. Then it is most probable that he/she could be using it.
So you should ask that nearby person that if he has done it and if not how much time it could take. And maintain the etiquette.

7)Don't walk very close to exercising person.

While walking always try to maintain a certain distance from the persons who is exercising. you never know when he loose his control over the weight he lifts and dumps it on you. So its bad idea, instead of either wait until he finishes his set or walk by maintaining certain distance.

8) Don't lift heavy wieghts without safety.

Most of the newcomers to gym don't use weight collars, either they don't know how to use them, or he is idler. Don't risk yourself and others by not using these weight collars. Because if your plates from bar/rod slides from one side while you are doing chest or shoulder etc. The other end will generate a heavy moment which can heavily injure you and other mates.

9)Don't misuse and experiment on the equipments.

A shoulder's machine is made to improve your shoulder just like this Every equipment is designed to use for certain exercises. If you just continuously perfrom experiments and mishandle gym equipment, first of all you may get hurt yourself and secondly you may make someone not use that equipment if he needs.

10) Don't hit on girls.

Nothing more in this, you must have understood by title. If you do so you are distracting yourself from your motive and that girl also. And also the people who watches you because most gym at atleast have 10-15 persons in normal hours so these type of things are notices very fast. you may loose your gym membership.
So try to avoid these type of acts.

Some basic outlines of wrong tradition at gym are:-

1. Don't focus on weight, focus on muscle movement -

What I mean by this is simple, when all you care to hit gym the next day is I need to add up one more plate to that particular exercise, well that's good if you know how it works. The better the mind- muscle connection is, the faster you'll grow. Just adding weights to the machines won't work, you need to be focused, while lifting that barbell up and squeeze it at the top, and while doing so, need to take care of thinking about that muscle in your head. Everything basically goes through mind, growth, decrements, everything. So just focus while doing it.

2. Have the right posture -

Recklessly doing exercises, even considering variations and increasing weight and be everything you do right, it won't go well, unless you do it in the right posture. The way you stand while doing a pull down in triceps or biceps is important, the way you keep your hand fixed and just move your ankle is important, not important is coming to the gym and doing exercises without acknowledgement of right placement and posture of your body. 

3. Have appropriate protein intake -

A normal body requires an average of 1g/1lb of protein. Or if it's in kg, like you weight 60 kgs, so just multiply it with 2.2, which is 132gms of protein, and you have to consume that much for a perfect growth. Sources of protein are immaterial, but keep in mind that half of it is coming from natural sources, and you won't be facing any problem.

How to have an Ideal morning Routine
